The Smiling Cow proudly uses USPS to ship most of our packages, however on occasion we may choose to work with other shipping vendors.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via USPS or insured mail to the address below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.
